David is Regional Managing Director, responsible for managing all operations of the Herald & Times Group, and the Scottish & Northern Ireland Regional newsbrands of the former Romanes Media Group.

David is Managing Director, North East and is responsible for Â鶹´«Ã½ / LOCALiQ centres in the North-East, Yorkshire and Cumbria and he chairs the group’s Newspaper Sales Development Group.  Prior to his current role, David was based in West Yorkshire as the Managing Director of Â鶹´«Ã½ Bradford.  He started his career in the media with Westminster Press, part of Pearson PLC, in 1990 after graduating with a BA(Hons) degree in Fine Art.

Nick leads Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s Digital Marketing Services business, LOCALiQ. LOCALiQ is one of the UK’s fastest growing Digital Marketing agencies, focusing on delivering online presence, lead management and technology solutions for businesses of all sizes across the UK.

Simon is Product Director for Â鶹´«Ã½ and leads the digital product, UX and technology teams across all news publishing and verticals (recruitment, homes, motors) managing teams in London, Glasgow, Bournemouth and the Midlands. Simon is fanatical about product-lead, Agile development. Previous to Newquest, Simon was Digital Tech Director at Haymarket Media Group, plus various  roles in other digital-first companies and agencies.

Toby Granville has been the editorial development director at Â鶹´«Ã½ since February 2015. 

Toby began his career in 1990 at the Sunday People. He gained his first editorship at the age of 26 at The Wharf which won Newspaper of the Year under his leadership. Since joining Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2002 Toby has edited a number of its award-winning daily titles such as the Dorset Echo and Bournemouth Daily Echo and was named Editor of the Year in 2011. 

In his current role Toby is leading the editorial strategy throughout Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s newsrooms and is also a director and trustee on the board of the National Council for the Training of Journalists.

Julia is Regional Managing Director, Â鶹´«Ã½ Midlands South, Oxford, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Julia’s regional press career started in 1993, progressing throughout the commercial department within various sales and management roles across the Midlands.

Appointed as Publisher for Gloucestershire in 2012, Julia took up her first Managing Directorship in 2015 for Wales & Gloucestershire and is currently Managing Director for Â鶹´«Ã½ across Worcestershire, West Midlands, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Julia sits on the Â鶹´«Ã½ Pension Board as a Member Nominated Trustee, a position held since 2012 and is a former board member of the News Media Association, on the local commercial board. 

Working amidst various group projects in the business, Julia thrives being at the thrust of change, diversity and evolution within the industry and Â鶹´«Ã½.

With over 30 years service with the company, Alison manages the central operating teams that support our editorial and commercial teams. From product creation and planning, through advert management, magazine production, feature & creative services, editorial template creation and system training & support, her dedicated and talented teams are on hand to help and advise across the Â鶹´«Ã½ regions and their operational partners. She also manages all aspects of our offshore service for advert creation and digital ad campaign management.

Paul has been Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s Finance Director since 2001. Prior to Â鶹´«Ã½, Paul worked for Deloitte in corporate finance.  

He is a former Treasurer of the News Media Association and a director of Asbof, the funding body for the ASA.

Morgan Stevenson is Digital Transformation Director responsible for the delivery of best in class Digital Marketing solutions for local businesses, the development of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Sales Academy and for driving national revenues via Â鶹´«Ã½ part in the UK media-first publisher alliance, 1XL. 

Morgan has previously held positions as Digital Innovation Director at Trinity Mirror, Commercial Development Director at Local World and Head of Display at Johnston Press.

Vincent is Regional Managing Director, Â鶹´«Ã½ Hampshire, Dorset, IoW, Salisbury and the South West, regions covering the south coast from Hampshire, Dorset, Salisbury, running from the Isle of Wight down to Cornwall. 

He is also Chairman of the trustee board of directors of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Pension Fund and Chairman of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Stakeholder Pension Scheme. In December 2016 he took up Presidency of the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

A graduate in business studies, he has worked within the regional press since leaving university and held numerous executive management positions including Brand Manager for Northcliffe Newspapers Group.

Mike is Regional Managing Director, Â鶹´«Ã½ South East.

Mike is an experienced Managing Director, working in the newspaper publishing and advertising industry for more than 30 years. Starting his career in advertising sales, he is skilled in publishing strategy, with a focus on digital advertising, advertising and magazines. Mike runs the publishing businesses based in the South East, incorporating the London market, but is also responsible for Â鶹´«Ã½s National and local leaflet sales operation.

Henry has been the CEO of Â鶹´«Ã½ since 2014.  His previous roles have included Digital Director of Johnston Press and General Manager of The Scotsman Publications.   Henry started his career in marketing services.  

He is Deputy Chairman of the News Media Association (NMA), the voice of local and national news organisations across the UK. 

He has an MBA from INSEAD

Dawn is Managing Director, Â鶹´«Ã½ Recruitment Solutions and joined Â鶹´«Ã½ in July 2013 as Managing Director of Â鶹´«Ã½ Sussex. 

She became Managing Director of Â鶹´«Ã½ Recruitment Solutions, Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s England and Wales recruitment business, in September 2016. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½ Dawn held a number of Commercial Director and Managing Director roles for other leading UK Media Groups.

Tracey is responsible for the smooth running of the human resources department, managing the HR team and providing high-level consultation to management. 

Tracey has over 20 years’ experience in HR working at a senior level and specialising in handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation, change management, legal matters, managing budgets and assessing staffing needs.
